Job Title : Assistant Manager - HR Ops
Location : Gurgaon (5 days a week from office)
Responsibilities :
1. HR Process Management :
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
2. Data Management :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
3. Employee Relations :
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
4. Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify data accuracy and compliance.
5. HR Systems Administration:
- Administer and troubleshoot HR software systems.
- Collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements.
6. Benefits Administration :
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
- Communicate benefit information to employees and assist in addressing queries.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
