- Ensure timely response and resolution of employee queries on HR operations and related activities - Managing HR Data and system, maintaining accuracy at all times - Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair HR policies and Timely updation of HR policies - Good knowledge of Employee relations and labor law - Ensure effective maintenance of employee records and HR Operations process improvement - Generate monthly employee masters from the HRIS system and send to payroll for effective payroll processing - Prepare and maintain MIS on leave and attendance data for employees in the organization; Obtain leave and attendance data of employees in the regions and compile reports for payroll processing - Support the administration of employee-related benefits across the organization - Conduct the full and final settlement process of exiting employees in the corporate office and ensure timely completion of all activities related to the same including the issue of experience certificates, PF transfer/withdrawals, coordination with other functions (IT, Finance), etc - Prepare and maintain MIS reports - Ensure timely availability of information on activities of the function for the purpose of internal and statutory audits
