Candidates with 6-8 years of experience of working reputed organisations as a generalist will be a good fit. Only those with a full time MBA / PGDBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges will be considered. Brief Job Description : - Work closely with the HR head for all HR initiatives &amp; ensure its smooth execution. - Work closely with the executive teams and the employee committees, responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of positive employee relations and programs within the business. - Direct and supervise implementation of services, policies, and programs - Focus on Talent Management practices like assessment, career development and succession planning. - Work on training needs identification &amp; training gaps - Coordinate the performance management and promotion processes ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate and fair reward decisions - Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations - Work towards culture building - Monitor &amp; maintain personnel information in all appropriate systems
