Assistant Manager - HR Generalist - Real Estate (6-8 yrs)
We are hiring for a reputed company in Real Estate business for the role of HR Generalist - Assistant Manager.
Candidates with 6-8 years of experience of working reputed organisations as a generalist will be a good fit.
Only those with a full time MBA / PGDBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges will be considered.
Salary not a constraint for good candidates.
Brief Job Description :
- Work closely with the HR head for all HR initiatives & ensure its smooth execution.
- Work closely with the executive teams and the employee committees, responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of positive employee relations and programs within the business.
- Direct and supervise implementation of services, policies, and programs
- Focus on Talent Management practices like assessment, career development and succession planning.
- Work on training needs identification & training gaps
- Coordinate the performance management and promotion processes ensuring adherence to timelines and accurate and fair reward decisions
- Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations
- Work towards culture building
- Monitor & maintain personnel information in all appropriate systems
