Requirements:

- MBA Regular from Premium B-School

- From good MNCs (any industry) with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent Communication

- Handling PAN India and Manpower of 200+ employees

- Well experienced with entire gamut of HR Generalist activities

Role Overview:

- Works very closely with the regional and global HR to ensure consistent drive of the policies and processes.

- Drives the HR processes and consults with management on personnel practices and policies for an assigned client group or project.

- Works with assigned client group in the following areas: HR processes, employment, employee relations, safety and health, compensation, benefits, personnel records and/or training and development.

- Leads and provides change management

- Provides consulting and partnership services to business partner client groups.

- Develops and implement strategies that improve employee retention.

- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes associated with personnel actions.

- Stays current and monitors changes with regard to labor records, legal compliance, and governmental posting requirements.

- Edits and coordinates training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues

- Ensures equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices.
