Employee Partner Role Summary :
- The HR employee partner (HREP) role encompasses support across employee life-cycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
- The incumbent will work with the HRBP's in driving the organization culture and will be responsible to provide on the ground support across designated business units/location on matters related to employee relations and grievances, policy implementation and interpretation, conducting HR skips sessions and keeping a tab on employee pulse.
- The role also requires strong partnerships across HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and creating integrated solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide support to front line managers as point of escalation on HR Policy/Process queries
- Ensure consistent employee experience across business units
- Conduct HR Skips, Listening posts, to assess employee pulse
- Support performance management cases with effective PIP/CAP processes
- ER Case Management
- Create and implement organization wide uniform employee interface through continued process improvement (E.g. - onboarding programs, etc.)
- Support and track the performance cycle closures
- Support through the Internal Job Posting Process
- Support HRBP's in implementing business wide initiatives
- Conduct Exit interviews
- HR Projects
