Job Description :
- Accountable for delivering performance and rewards processes and projects impacting multiple talent segments and special revenue groups, thus ensuring internal and external parity in rewards, appropriate deployment of critical people as per business needs, and retention of key talent.
- Handling performance management system and identifying scope for enhancing the same., KRA review and rating and preparation of payouts- processes and timelines
- Responsible for Identifying Individual Developmental needs and relating it to post-performance appraisal.
- Managing multi-level stakeholder engagement/relationship through various levels of organizational hierarchy and across regions, ensuring appropriate advisory and collaboration with business leaders/managers, other key stakeholders and vendors, leading to seamless delivery of processes and projects.
- Advice and partner with HR Connect team on employee relations and grievance related issues
- Partner with other HR functions for the deployment of various HR initiatives/processes within designated BUs, ensure compliance and manage escalations
- Responsibility to drive business results through Employee Engagement and HR process & policies effectively
- Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances, discipline and other performance-related matters and maintaining cordial employee relations
- Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control.
