Position Summary :

- Lead the Employee Life Cycle Processes for Sales personnel across India. Responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Confirmation, Performance Management, Rewards and Separation for both on-roll and off-roll employees in the sales function.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Effectively partner with Business to anticipate and provide appropriate solutions to deliver desired business results

- Drive Talent Acquisition for all the vacant/ new positions in the field sales organization. Conduct the background verification for all new employees by partnering with empaneled vendor.

- Own the online recruitment system Kenexa and lead the Separation, recruitment approval and pre-hire process. Manage hiring within budget by making use of job portal, Kenexa and designing social media hiring strategy.

- Drive the Onboarding and Induction for all sales employees. Partner with sales managers in designing and delivering the best-in-class onboarding experience.

- Key point of contact for grievance handling for the respective population

- Ensure policy consistency/compliance

- Key role in leading and anchoring employee engagement for the regional Sales teams.

- Drive Performance Management for the designated population. Talent mapping and building bench for BDEs.

- Lead the management of Off-roll employees in sales. Partner with the manpower vendor to drive recruitment, payroll, incentives, expenses, performance management for 3P employees in sales. Manage 3P budget and monitor vendor efficiency through regular reviews.

- Prepare and share HR Dashboards on a monthly basis to Sales Leaders

- Actively engage with the field sales team through regular market working (at least one per month) to continuously identify opportunities for linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with functional managers

Requirements :

Academic :

Must have : Full time Master's degree in business administration with specialization in human resource management.

Professional/Technical Accreditations :

Must have : 5 + Years of HRBP Work Experience, managing 300+ employees

Related Work Experience (Internal to the organization or external) :

- Has led Talent Acquisition for the department/function.

- Has been involved in the Performance management process.

- Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

Competencies :

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent attention to details, follow-up and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion

- Able to build trust & sustainable interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders

- Self-Motivated, Action Oriented, Planning and Organizing and Stake Holder Management

- Able to identify opportunity and convert to business success.

- Work as a member of a team with minimal supervision
