Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner/Plant HR - FMCG

Hiring Assistant Manager - HRBP (Plant HR) - Diversity only for a well known FMCG co.

Job Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days in a week.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

- Advise and support Business Managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g. performance management, team development, resource planning, manpower productivity enhancement, recruitment etc.)

- Should be good in IR experience.

- Prepare and Manage the manpower budget of the regions.

- Ensure consistency in design, implementation and adherence of HR policies and standards.

- Develop resourcing strategies to support business.

- Oversee and ensure statutory compliance at all levels in factories and regions.

- Work closely with the business managers, to enhance manpower productivity and performance.

- Lead and plan the employee engagement strategy for the regions.

- Involve in strategic projects at an organizational level as and when required to enhance process or people systems.

Key points - good stakeholder management experience in Industrial Relations, should possess assertiveness, has good understanding about labour and plant compliance. Government laws/policies/clauses should be well versed.
