- Driving Emp Referral Program

- Bench strength Hiring (GETs)

- Diversity Hiring

Training & Development :-

- Planning & Execution of training programs

- Maintaining Training Plan

- Seeking Approvals for Trainings

- Aligning with Trainers / Institutes

Compensation & Benefits :-

- Benchmarking Structures & Compensation

- Mid-year revisions, Case notes

- Participating in surveys

- Comp related analytics

Analytics :-

- Monthly Dashboard data

- Manpower sanction files

Candidate Requirement :-

MBA - Full time

Minimum 7-9 years relevant experience in Recruitment in a Manufacturing/Process industry
