Job Title: HRBP - Assistant Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
2. Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation.
- Organize team-building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
3. Rewards and Recognition:
- Develop and administer R&R programs to acknowledge employee contributions and achievements.
4. Performance Management System (PMS):
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the performance management system.
- Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Grievance Management:
- Handle employee grievances and complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations and propose resolutions by company policies and legal requirements.
6. Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. New Store Opening:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the HR aspects of new store openings.
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for new store teams.
