Job Description :
1. Understands talent as a critical asset and measures the impact of talent interventions in line with business requirements.
2. Implement change management programs driven by business needs and aspirations.
3. Identify Critical Talent / High performers and focus on their ongoing development.
4. Develop appropriate strategy to position the client as an employer of choice in the region.
5. Lead end-to-end candidate experience professionally from initial candidate interaction to onboarding, induction process, first 90 days of joining, and exit management.
6. Deploy tools & resources to enable managers to develop effective action plans addressing the feedback of employees to build a strong culture.
7. Ideate and implement campaigns and Rewards & Recognition programs for the region.
8. Drive HR processes with execution excellence-Performance Improvement Plans & Performance Exits, Talent Review Planning.
9. Execute internal communication programs and events according to the campaign calendar and in adherence to the client's brand communications guidelines.
10. Work with country and regional management to develop high-performing teams and individuals throughout the region that focussed on exceeding targets.
11. Ensure implementation of performance management plans and measurable goals in alignment with incentive plans.
12. Conduct a need analysis and identify capability gaps in the current employees across the functions.
13. Manage exit process and interviews in analyzing the attrition data and provide solutions to improve retention rates.
14. Establish regional training and development plan including initiatives such as internal & external training courses, coaching, mentoring.
