- Facilitated performance management of employees at BU level by exercising an active stake in the rating calibration exercise along with business leaders.
- Handling Employee engagement and Organization Development, have worked closely with Function Heads to conceptualize and drive initiatives for change, culture building and engagement.
- Work on Talent Management & Development levels as well as centrally drive the talent management process for the rest of the organization, Hipot identification processes, design, conduct the assessment and development centers.
- Job Evaluations: Involved in Job evaluations, transition approaches, Functional competency mapping framework
- Administered policies and benefits applicable at different phases of employment lifecycle at the BU level while ensuring consistency & equity amongst all thereby acting as Employee advocate in typical scenarios.- -
- HR Representative at the BU level for all employee communiqu's relating to the changes and new initiatives launched from time to time. / Driving competency management initiatives- -
- Represented the HR organization at monthly town hall meetings, participating in EVP Zone regarding new initiatives and other internal Q & A forums with employees across various cross-sections of the organization.
- Involved in design & implementation of targeted interventions with a view to enhance overall employee engagement levels. / Tracking of various metrics and reporting on TM scorecard on a regular basis.
- Driving the use of reward mechanisms for the BU, communicating on reward and recognition policies/strategies.
- Taking part in business proposals, audits, supporting recruitment and managing attrition.
