Designation: Assistant Manager - Human Resource
Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala (Cochin/Trivandrum)
Reports to : Head - HR
Experience : 7 - 13 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire gamut of Human Resource function.
- Playing a role of SPOC for respective zone by handling multiple cities.
- Responsible for coordinating City Recruitment Drives.
- Intiating and processing of selected candidates offer in SAP for offer releasing & On-boarding process.
- Ensuring smooth on-boarding process of candidates by providing accurate on-boarding documents and process information.
- Interacting with On-boarding Team to initiate and completion of on-boarding process for city candidates.
- Coordinating with Head office for issuing of NDA/ Appointment Letter/ Increment Letter/ Confirmation Letter/ ID Card,etc
- Sharing accurate attendance inputs for payroll processing on a regular basis.
- Conducting various Employee engagement activities.
- Taking care of Employee grievances.
- Deal with employee requests regarding Human Resources Policies.
