Experience and Education

- 5-7 years experience in HR business partner role

- PG qualification in HR

- Good communication (Verbal & Written) skills

- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

- Should be able to connect well with staff and factory employees both

- Fast learner, efficient and detail oriented

- Hands on experience in MS Office (specifically in MS Excel, using Formulas / Functions, Pivot

Tables, V-Look-up / H-Lookup, Mail Merging etc.)
