Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO

We have an urgent opening for our client Allianz India.

Execution of HR Strategy :

- Provide strong support in execution of HR strategy by identifying and resolving execution related issues.

Employee Engagement and Talent Retention :

- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives. Support engagement surveys, action planning and execution. Support the business leadership to identify and resolve attrition risk proactively. Conduct communication forums such as open houses, new joinee connect, skip levels etc.

Performance Management :

- Support Performance Management Program, which includes program management and quality audits. Identify and resolve gaps in effectiveness and report.

Talent Management and Development Support :

- Liaison with Reporting manager and Talent Acquisition team to identify issues in talent supply and support resolution. Support Training Need Identification exercise, personal development program execution etc.

Employee Relations :

- Identify and resolve employee relation issues on the floor. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions. Analyse the trends and report.

Qualification, Experience and Skills :

- 2 year full time MBA/ Post graduation in Human Resource Management with 8 - 10 years of post-qualification work experience preferably on similar industry and size

- Conceptual clarity and operational experience of HRBP function.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Assertive and dynamic with high energy level with multi-tasking capabilities, strong execution capabilities, Go-getter.
