Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner - BPO

Should be willing to work in 24-7 environment (including night shifts)

- Should be Social Media Savvy

- Exposure of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives.

- Exposure of 3-5 years in human resources with primary responsibility for Employee engagement activities

- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level

- Strong people management skills, gained through managing and developing teams

- Sensitive people skills - A high level of emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, a wide understanding of people issues

- Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization

- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all level

- Demonstrates Creativity in driving ER Strategies and actions

- Analytical Abilities

- Graduate/MBA(HR) and/or PG Diploma in HRM or anything relevant HR qualification would be preferred

Candidates Should Be From Bangalore Location Only.

Salary range: 7 - 8 LPA
