Assistant Manager - HR Analytics
- Should be capable of Managing Employee database, Running Simulations, Reporting and Analytics based on a Global Headcount & Attrition.
- Need to demonstrate radical ownership, a bias to action, work well with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a very high-performance culture.
- Need to have excellent knowledge and experience of operating MS Excel & other office tools. Managing MOM headcount & Exit database along with other reports from the system. Developing strategy and a roadmap in HR projects, preparing deck for headcount & attrition summary and ensuring quality & timely release of the reports.
- Providing inputs to the stakeholders as and when required pertaining to the historic employee details, work relationship data, personal employee details and attending support calls to provide regular updates.
- Experience of work closely with IT & HR Operations teams, need to have value add approach, to work cross-functionally to get inputs from the stakeholders, tech and other teams to achieve enhancement in day to day activities & testing the design & development of newly implemented modules on HCM system.
- To drive automations & implementing new logic or build queries on the system to generate reports, creating monthly organizational charts to provide specific inputs, merits / demerits and setbacks in a presentation pertaining to Compensation, Headcount and Attrition.
- Participating in the market data surveys and providing the inputs for by AON Hewitt, Korn Ferry, Tower Watsons, Mercer, Deloitte in a required format of their questionnaires.
