Qualification: MBA with HR/Industrial Relations. (Must)
Job Responsibility:
- Candidate Should have at least 4 to 5 yrs of experience.
- Candidate Should have handled site of 300 - 500 Contract Personnel and should be well versed with hands on experience in Labour, Statutory Compliance, Liasioning with Local administration
- Recruitment performance management and full and final settlements.
