General Accountability

- Computation of GMC / GPA quotes and Policy issuance of GMC, GPA

Nature & Scope of position

- Computation of GMC /GPA quotes. Analysis of various types of GMC / GPA policies

- Policy issuance in the new system and Benefit chart

- GPA Policy issuance in the new software .

- Endorsement issuance which are over and above the branch authority limit.

- Computation of per person premium

- Maintaining daily lister for quotes released to various branches.

- Maintaining daily tracker for GMC Policy issuance with records of cross subsidy.

- Checking the details and approving / rejecting the mid-term addition/miss-outs of existing employees or their dependants under GMC.

- Checking the details and approving / rejecting the mid-term enhancement of sum insured.

- Providing RI pattern for GPA policies as well as co-ordinating with RI department for any RI requirements.

- Handling queries regarding group health underwriting from branches telephonically & through mails.
