Assistant Manager - Global Analytics - Fixed Income/Benchmark/Equity & Risk

Designation:- ASSISTANT MANAGER

Process Brief: -

Performance attribution analysis in areas of Fixed Income, Benchmark, Equity and risk which includes financial processing, calculations, financial analysis in order to provide accurate performance attribution reports with analytics.

Key Accountability

Being responsible for all process, people and client aspects for the team.

Meeting SLA's, driving productivity for the function.

Conducting Monthly one on ones/Performance Appraisals/Team Meetings

Lead Quality and Productivity initiatives such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma

Effective implement Rewards & Recognition

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders

Participate in the recruitment process for Operations team

Lead and motivate the team to facilitate achievements of SLA

Build strong partnership with customer and anticipate customer requirements and deliver accordingly

Effective liaison within the team to gain support and resolve issues and also a key interface between the manager Strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively,mentoring as required and the others.

Contributing on other initiatives and transversal activities as required.

Specific knowledge required: -

Advance SQL/database management knowledge, skills required.

Advance level excel and VBA skills.

Should have good understanding in capital markets preferably relating to portfolio theory, Portfolio attribution analytical skills, Math skills, Logical Reasoning, Basic excel skills.

Quick learning capabilities,analytical mindset.

Position Summary: -

A key member of the Business Services Operations team responsible for Global Analytical work.

Responsible to perform the day to day activities as required by the process.

Should be able to meet the key performance metrics of Accuracy, Efficiency & TAT.

Should be able to gel with other team members and leading them on various aspects like automation,knowledge workflow management etc.

Specific position related exp: -

MBA having 6-7 years technical and domain experience in Fixed income or Equity portfolio attributions, Bench marking Advance SQL/Database management knowledge on related domain with ability to lead teams.
