Assistant Manager - General Accounting - CA/ICWA - FMCG

- Review, Reconcile General Ledger accounts

- End to End solution provider

- Propose and record Journal entries including rectification, adjustment

- Generate trial balance

- Prepare period end financial statements - P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow

- Engages with Team to evolve pro-active solutions for the issues and risks

- Monitor Closely the Service Delivery on day to day and period basis to ensure achievement of Performance KPIs

- Training and On-boarding of new employees in the team and back-up generation

- Motivating the team for Service Delivery

- Holds the Periodic Calls with business partners to ensure communication and service relationship are maintained at healthy levels.

Candidate Requirement :

- CA / ICWA - any one is a must

- Advanced Excel user

- SAP end user (must)

- Team Handling & People management (must)
