Would be responsible for franchise development for equities business pan India and generate revenues.
- Ramp up Franchise distribution - Conduct market surveys, drive Identification and empanelment activity of franchise across the region.
- Identify new Investors, build and maintain business relationships, initiate contact in the first instance, support the sales process and achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for expanding the franchise network through marketing and sales efforts.
- Negotiating and completing all necessary franchise documentation and agreements on time.
- Should be well versed with Franchise model of operations : ROI
- Should be able to guide and scale- up franchisee business
- Developing robust feedback mechanism and ensuring effective implementation for franchisees on weekly/ fortnightly basis and ensuring adherence.
- Co- ordinating with marketing team for marketing activities for franchise development.
- Training and guiding franchise employees on the business perspectives and SOP
