JOB DESCRIPTION

- Managing a team of 4 - 6 People

- Performing Qualitative and Quantitative Research

- Analyzing company financial statements.

- Performing ratio analysis, transaction analysis.

- Financial Modeling and Company Valuations.

- SWOT Analysis, Conducting company and industry research based on financial numbers and industry trends

DESIRED PROFILE

- Qualified MBA with 4+yrs of relevant exp & CA with 3+ years experience into Financial Research, Financial Statement Analysis, Quantitative & Qualitative Research, Credit Research, Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, Valuation,etc

- Have expert knowledge of MS Excel, with basic knowledge of preparing templates, graphs, charts, etc., from information

- Must have team handling experience of minimum 6-8 months.

- Strong skills required in Client Management and Project Management.

- Excellent Communication skill
