Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting - Insurance

- Support the Asia financial reporting, management reporting and business analysis of the actual, budget, forecast and strategic plan performance to the Group and Regional management.

- Ensure the financial reporting processes are completed in an accurate, consistent, timely and cost effective manner and in accordance with accounting standards.

- Coordinate and implement the financial and management reporting processes including Group Monthly Dashboard, Clearance packs, Quarterly Business Review and Regional Finance Dashboard incorporating profit, value, margin analysis and supporting commentaries/footnotes.

- Actively participate in the country manager model and provide support to the countries allocated. Work closely with the Finance Business Partners to discuss and understand the performance reports and associated analysis / commentaries prepared by Local Entities.

- Good communication skills with good command of spoken and written English

- Team player with excellent project management skills and good experience in monitoring, analysis and reporting performance

- Self-motivated and strong analytical mind, well-organized and attention to details

- Capable of effectively handling multiple priorities under time and delivery pressures in a changing business environment

- Good business sense and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated experiences in engaging and working with senior management.

- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
