Employer - Leading Insurance Company Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance of books of accounts in Oracle ERP system including Month end book closing, Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss analysis, General ledger maintenance & scrutiny, Opex Provision, Investment accounting and Cash flow statement - IRDA Financial Statements, Management Reports, Variance analysis and Regulatory Reporting - Implementation of IND AS and Compliance of IGAAP - Ensure adherence to robust Financial Systems & Controls and ICFR Controls - Manage Statutory and Internal audits - Compliance of IRDA Act & Regulations, Company Act and Defined internal policies & procedures Desired Candidate profile: - CA/ICWA with 2yrs post qualification experience - Thorough knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, IRDA Regulations and Company Act - Proficiency in handling Multiple tasks in challenging environment - Attention to detail and quality orientation - Problem solving & decision making abilities - Proficiency on working in MS -Office (High on Excel, Word and Power point) - Customer centricity both internal and external - Communication, interpersonal and team working skills - Working with and through others - Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
