Assistant Manager- (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Monthly reporting) :
Roles & responsibilities :
- The candidate would be required manage by reviewing and sign off on all the deliverables completed by the Financial analyst on the team.
Current responsibilities include :
- Inputting accounting entries in relation to accounts payable and receivables including vendor invoices management, travel and expense management, management fees, monthly accruals, prepaid expenses, BACS and CHAPS payment.
- Accounting book and bank book reconciliation
- Aged debtors and creditors reporting
- Monthly reporting of Entertainment expenses incurred at a department level in the firm
- Identify and report on current and potential issues and problems, and make suggestions for improvements to own work area or processes
- Assist with ad hoc and business projects as necessary
- Assist with the ongoing development of Finance team deliverables and Financial accounting systems within NAM-UK.
Qualification/Experience :
Qualification :
- CA/CPA/ACCA Experience - 5+ years Skills Here
- Candidates should have experience within an institutional asset management environment - Prior knowledge of UK GAAP and UK IFRS is desirable -Degree qualified with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Able to demonstrate a disciplined approach to their work, attention to detail and a willingness to investigate day to day issues arising
- Be approachable in the department and flexible in exposure to a variety of duties
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload and work to deadlines
- Good Communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
