Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Develop Operating & financial plan required to achieve managements strategic plan for individual functions and the wider organisation. 2) Build rolling forecasts of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow with minimal variance in discussion with Business & Operations team and conduct variance analysis to show how the budget and rolling forecast compares against actual performance. 3) Providing detailed analytical reports providing various levers to meet organization goals and proactively identifying opportunities for improving business performance. 4) Analysing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, KPI tracking and examining market trends along with commentary for management. 5) Assist in creating financial models to predict business growth and performance for fund raising and investors reviews. 6) Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. 7) Work on corporate projects and initiatives - that impact the entire organization to ensure outcomes are achieved, measured, and reported. 8) Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, Q&A support, and effectively frame decisions to be made. 9) Resolving workflow inefficiency through process and system optimization and handling program office for Finance during ERP/Process/system implementation involving process definitions, data management, stakeholder management and reporting. 10) Treasury operations including working capital management and short term investment Assist in due diligence, tax structuring and TP arrangement for the group. 11) Work with the outsourced partner to ensure that all tax related compliance and requirements are adhered to on time. Skills Required: - B.Tech+MBA / CA Finance with 0-3 years of experience - Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture. - Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication. - Ability to work with executive staff - Strong/Advanced MS Excel & Power Point skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of working in analytical tools, R, Python, power query etc is an added advantage - Eagerness to learn new things, natural problem-solving mentality, and analytical mind.
