Job Deliverables :

- Coordinate with Accounts team and offshore subsidiaries to collect Company's financial data for timely closure of monthly accounts.

- Provide a detailed monthly financial MIS of Company Business to the Senior Management with observation related various financial KPI's that can be considered while making business decisions

- Preparing and tracking of financial indicators, KPI's at organizational level including offshore entities.

- Prepare branches, schemes, products, and investor segment profitability analysis on monthly basis

- Conduct department cost analysis on monthly basis

- Collate Financial performance data of current year

- Conduct financial analysis activity to highlight key information required to prepare next year's business plans

- Coordinate with various functions in terms of gathering data required for preparing financial plan and draw attention to key initiatives that can be considered by the Senior Management in the new financial year

- Prepare detailed expense budget plan at line-item level and variance analysis with reasons for each expense line item.

- Prepare a comprehensive Capex financial plan.

- Coordinate extensively with Chairman Office and shareholder for financial performance reporting activities

- Prepare and share report for the Chairman office and shareholder in the prescribed format on a periodic basis

- Participate in Group level financial projects that can improve financial analysis

- Prepare financials performance reports and data for quarterly reviews by the Group Company, Chairman's office that covers updates related to financial performance and key initiatives

- Prepare financial performance reports for Senior Management / CEO reviews on an ad hoc basis

- Assist in financial analysis for queries from stakeholders for investor relation function.

- Preparing Ad hoc reports / analysis as required by CEO's office / CFO in timely manner.
