Roles & Responsiblities:-

We are recruiting Assistant Manager for our Corporate Functions- Finance team. Responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports for Management

- Variance Analysis of P&L items and providing adequate commentary explaining the reasons of variances

- Liaise with Business Units contacts to deliver Variance/Trend analysis

- Production of monthly financial reports regarding trends, variances, profitability, and performance measurement

- Support in monthly GL closure activities as per Indian GAAP

- Preparation and review of reconciliations of BS items on a monthly basis

- Preparation of budget and forecast including headcount as per Management guidelines

- Handling ad-hoc queries from Management and clients

- Implement new processes within stipulated time and improving the existing processes

- Setting up Project Codes in the System within the agreed timelines

- Receivables Management, creating Management Allocations Files, analyzing GL Entries

- Acting as a business relationship SPOC for a particular LOB or function

- Liaise with onshore / offshore stakeholders on a regular basis.

Skills required:-

- Hands on experience in FP&A / Forecasting / Budgeting / Accounting.

- Good exposure in GL closure activities during month end

- Production of monthly financial reports regarding trends, variances, profitability, and performance measurement

- Generation and review of monthly MIS reports with analysis.

- Knowledge of accounting concepts i.e. accruals, pre-payments, provisions etc.

- Reconciliations of BS accounts on monthly basis

- Review of monthly income statements and financial position of the legal entities handled by the team and submission of analysis to Management

- Preparation of Schedules for different accounts to support statutory audit

- Knowledge of Oracle is essential

- Sound knowledge of MS excel and working knowledge of Power Point, Word

- Excellent communication skills

- Prior experience in data management

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Financial modeling, graphing, and reporting

- Adaptability to work with different people, multitasking and - can do- attitude .
