Job Description : 1. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin, inventory insights 2. Variance analysis of sales, costs & operating expenses & present to top management 3. To support in budgeting & forecasting activity 4. To support in analysis of monthly financials 5. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis 6. Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance 7. Prepare management reports such as monthly review presentation, audit committee presentations, adhoc presentations etc. 8. To perform market research and comparable company analysis Desired candidate : 1. CA with 2 ~3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A profile 2. Experience working in SAP CO/ FI 3. Strong analytical skills & logical thinking 4. Able to communicate & collaborate with other departments 5. Good at financial analysis 6. Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work 7. Problem solving skills 8. Expert level in Excel & Power Point (Power BI added advantage) 9. Attitude to learn new things 10. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decision making 11. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
