Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

Location : Hyderabad

Total years of Exp: 6 to 12 Years

Team Handling Exp: 2 Years

Shifts will be 9 am to 6 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM(Should be flexible)

Education Criteria: CA or MBA from Tier 1 or 2 Colleges

Assistant Manager FP&A partners with the group FP&A teams to provide analytical support to help drive business performance. This role is part of the FP&A business unit and is designed as a role, participating in various initiatives across the enterprise in the FP&A space, driving consistent use of tools while at the same time identifying and communicating best practices.

The key areas where a job holder is involved in business support are:

Periodic Management reporting P&L, Financial and Operational Metrics

P&L forecasting Revenue, Operating Expenses and Headcount forecasting

Variance Analysis Analyzing the variance between Actuals v/s forecast & v/s budget.

Adhoc analysis non-standard, urgent request of financial information.

Annual Budgeting

Financial system maintenance

Driving Standardization and automation initiatives

Driving process efficiencies and consistencies

Preparing Investment Memorandums and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.

Hands on experience in building financial models.

Manage monthly and quarterly Reporting cadence, providing insights into the business

Comprehensive KPI reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive senior management level explanations of variances and trends

Provide sophisticated financial modeling, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc financial projects

Partner in planning, budgeting and forecasting process
