Primary Responsibilities:-
- Prepare FP&A reports in a timely & accurate manner
- MIS reports preparation on performance (Weekly and Monthly)
- Performing ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time-to-time to Management, etc.
- Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review
- Perform analysis and insights into revenue, assignments and consultant contributions and to identify key business drivers
- Assembling monthly departmental reporting, including assistance with the analysis of budget to actual variances
- Identifying key KPI's of client and providing additional insights on them
- Updating departmental forecasts and projections
- Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management
- Performing other ad hoc analysis and modeling to assist with strategic and financial decision support
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills and articulation in both spoken and written
- Understanding of internal control elements
- Demonstrate analytical skills
- Ability to appraise, reward/discipline and mentor employees and a demonstrated penchant for continuous improvement of managerial skills; ability to address employee needs and resolve problems
- Ability to interview, hire and train employees
Additional Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Management
- Assist with the new business process and working with Finance and Business Managers.
- Review root cause analysis if any and ensure adequate controls are implemented in the process
- Support Continuous Improvement/Automation initiatives of the business
Desired Profile of the Candidate:-
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters
- Problem identification and analytical ability.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement.
- Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment
- Conformance with Policies/Compliances
- Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.
