Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

1. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

2. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

3. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast

4. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

5. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives

6. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.

7. MIS & Reporting

Key Skills (Must Have)

1. Excellent Communication skills

2. Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel/Advanced excel

3. Hands on with Financal Analysis & modeling.

4. Expert in Budgeting & forecasting.
