Assistant Manager - Financial Governance - FMCG/Manufacturing Industry

- Document business processes

- Develop and update accounting policies and procedures

- Design and/or suggest changes in the internal financial controls

- Drive special assignments (fixed assets, stock audits, system audits etc.)

- Drive inventory controls across all locations

- Compliance monitoring of manufacturing plants and sales locations

- Enhance quality and efficiency of recommended conduct risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analyses

- Develop audit calendar based on risk categorization

- Planning, coordination with auditor and overall monitoring of audit assignments

- Timely coordination with respective dept. heads for closure of internal audit observations

- Ensure internal financial controls are operating as intended and suggest the changes in the existing process.

Candidate Requirement :-

- CA - 1 / 2 / 3 rd attempt only .

- Only Local Mumbai preferred.

Candidate Profile : -

- CA with 4-5 years of experience who previously worked in manufacturing/FMCG companies or audit firms & handled manufacturing clients - Manufacturing /FMCG clients will be preferred

- Must have exposure to Accounting, Internal audit system and ability to analyze financial data

- Must have good oral and written communication skills

- Must have experience of SAP system
