1. need dynamic, articulate FDD person with exposure to Infra related deals and good understanding of M&A deal lifecycle.

2. This professional will be dealing with partners and help in growing the Infra FDD team.

4. Experience in Deal Lifecycle, where does FDD fit in the deal lifecycle, good grasp of one/two sub-sectors, understanding of KPIs, agreements, etc.
