Job Description :

The incumbent shall be responsible for the following :

- Independently handling Financial Due Diligence and the Project Management assignments

- Scoping the assignments, preparing and drafting/reviewing the proposal

- Independently handling client relationships

- Will be involved in client interface and liaison

- Developing an efficient team

- Coordinating with different team to execute and finalize the entire report

Desired candidate profile :

- Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of experience in handling Financial Due Diligence assignments

- Experience in handling an entire Project

- Prior experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits of manufacturing and Service Companies

- Should have a working knowledge of the Company Law

- Should have a high level of understanding of Taxation and concepts of transactions

- Should posses the ability to work within deadlines

- Should have good analytical, communication skills and team handling skills
