Location : Andheri (E) - Seepz, Mumbai

Experience Required : 4 to 7 Years

Position Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our finance team at our office located in Seepz, Andheri East, Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in finance along with excellent soft skills to effectively manage and lead the team.

Responsibilities :


- Finalization of Accounts : Oversee the process of finalizing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.


- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, providing insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

- Ind AS and IFRS: Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in financial reporting and disclosures.

- Internal Controls : Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Tax Compliance : Manage TDS, TCS, GST, and income tax provisions, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Transfer Pricing : Handle transfer pricing documentation and compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.

- Tax Audit and Advance Tax : Coordinate and oversee tax audits, as well as manage advance tax computations and payments.

- Companies Act Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant provisions of the Companies Act.

- Seepz and Customs Act Knowledge : Familiarity with Seepz and Customs Act would be an added advantage.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

- Experience in creating and delivering effective presentations using PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of ERP software for financial management.

- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and achieve project deadlines.

Qualifications :

- Post graduate/Inter CA qualification.

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance preferred, in any industry.
