Assistant Manager - Finance - Gaap - Internet Startup

- Prepare monthly and quarterly US GAAP financial statements including cash flow statement

- Assist with preparing annual US GAAP financial statements and footnotes disclosures

- Prepare monthly and quarterly flux reports at the FS level view

- Assist with review of monthly balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations

- Assist with lender compliance reporting and the presentation of non-GAAP measures included in the quarterly and annual reports

- Assist with financial reporting deliverables for management and external stakeholders that include but not limited to the following: management and lender presentation packages

- Address ad-hoc reporting requests from other functions within the organization

- Coordinate and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process

- Assist with the company's interim and annual external audit requests

- Accounting research and documentation for non-standard transactions and new accounting pronouncements.
