Job Location: Muscat, Oman (Please apply only if you are open to relocation) Industry/Client: FMCG Distribution Company Experience Range: 3 to 5 years Education Requirement: MBA Finance Job Objective: Assistant Manager - Finance will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations within the company, direct and manage the preparation of financial documents related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, costing, variance analysis, MIS and Audit, Payroll management etc. Job Responsibilities: - Accounting & Control - Monthly P&L Reporting, Annual Budgets & Revisions, Quarterly Forecasts - Relevant & timely MIS for the management - Ensuring Process & Policy compliance to mitigate any governance, risk and compliance issues - Timely alerts to finance heads and business heads on potential P&L hits and risks - Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making - Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure - In-house & Offshore Team Management Job Specification: - Working knowledge of Microsoft office. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Working knowledge on Oracle or Tier 1 ERP - Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in reputed FMCG, Retail or Distribution organization
