Leading MNC is hiring for an AM-Finance. CA/ICWA/MBA Finance having 3-7 yrs relevant experience in below mentioned role.
The key role of this position is to monitor, analyse, report and provide insights on Sales, A&P and Sales force domains.
Sales Analysis
- Preparation and first level review of Detailed Sales Dashboard- Brand wise, Category wise, Price volume split
- Controlling Marketing Spends [Budget and ROI]
Controlling marketing spends by
(a) managing budgets
(b) analysing effectiveness of Various Media Mix and its impact on cost.
- Lead forecasting process of marketing spends and its allocation by brand
- Provide insights to finance leadership to drive conversations with Marketing teams
Sales force Spends :
- Managing the overall spends within the budget and monthly forecasting of the same.
Trade Spends :
- Approving actual spends based on budgets; GL Scrutiny and Provisions status reporting.
Channel and Brand P&L:
- Preparation and sharing insights
Pricing :
- Accurate computation of pricing for various channels / customers and updating in SAP
- Sales and Trade Spends
- Prepare a monthly detailed sales dashboard- at brand, category level. Price Volume analysis for sales variance
- Monitoring of actuals v/s approved budgets for Trade Spends
- Reporting of figures in BPC and to internal stakeholders within the specified due dates
Marketing
- Preparation of monthly accruals and actuals review to support monthly closing/reporting
- Preparation of Monthly actuals vs Budget Dashboard at activity / brand level
- Prepare first level Budgets during the planning cycles as per the required planning cycle calendar
- Review and approve advertising purchase contracts, including media contract
- Calling out for over/under spends in Marketing and forecasting the spends in line with the Topline trend
- Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules
Sales Force Costs
- Preparation of Monthly actuals vs Budget Dashboard at various cost buckets
- Prepare first level Budgets during the planning cycles as per the required planning cycle calendar
- Detailed analysis of costs to generate the insights and report to all stakeholders on a timely basis
- Preparation of monthly accruals and actuals review
Channel and Brand P&L - Preparation and analysis and provide preliminary insights
Pricing - Assist Pricing computation during Price revisions and updating prices in SAP
