Assistant Manager - Finance - FP&A Job Description : Job Title : AM Finance (FP&amp;A) Reporting to : Finance Manager Location : Muscat, Oman What we are looking for : - Must be a B.Com / M.Com + CA Inter only OR - B.Tech + MBA Finance - Job experience has to be Job experience has to be in between 6 to 8 only - Solid experience into Finalisation, MIS reporting, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling and reporting to CFO or Group CFO or Board Members or any other similar Sr Management people. - Must have extensive experience in Advance excel &amp; Power point presentations. Must have career stability : - Candidates worked in corporate financial role for a longer period of time will be having more preferences. - At least 6 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Manufacturing or Service industry - Age has to be up to 35 years only. About the Company : A 33-year-old conglomerate in the Middle East with business in Middle East &amp; European market. Key Accountabilities : - Analyse financial and operational results to better understand company performance - To prepare monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports, other financial reports with finalisations independently - Support management team and the Heads of the Department in decision making with data-driven analysis. - Manage Financial modelling and analyze in lines with the current and proposed business and operational strategy. - Deal with various dept to gather financial information required for financial closing activities - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools. - Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes - Prepare monthly MIS with all business aspects. - Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations - Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, Margins, and Capex. - Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability - Preparation of financial statements and consolidations within tight deadlines - Ensuring timely closure and finalization of books of accounts. Job-Specific Skills preferred : - Advance level of proficiency in MS Office. - Experience in review of consolidation and financial statements - Worked on business valuation, and financial modeling projects - Advanced computer software skills, including writing VLookup, Hlookup, Pivote Table, macros in Excel and other accounting packages - Significant analytical skill set, including the utilisation of finance and reporting tools Salary Package : Basic Salary in OMR.
