Job Description

1. Should have goods hands on experience in excel, word and PPT

2. Preparation of monthly review presentations

3. Monthly Book Closing and preparation of monthly MIS

4. Cash Flow management

5. Review and Preparation of periodic management reports

6. Ensure accounting and compliance of overseas entities

7. Review the books of accounts

8. Supervise Internal and External Audit and tax compliances

9. Appearing for Income Tax Assessments

10. Manage budgeting and forecasting process, including variances

11. Develop relationships with external advisors, e.g. solicitors and banks

12. Liaise with auditors for annual monitoring

13. Review spending against budget, with individual departments
