Assistant Manager - Finance - CA - Healthcare

Job responsibilities :

- Accountable for the day to day accounting activities

- Responsible for customer related transactions like invoicing and receipts

- Responsible for vendor related transactions like payments and cash management

- Employee related transactions like managing reimbursements and payroll

- Bank reconciliation, day to day management of fund flow and cash flow

- Handling and managing periodic reporting for the organization by preparing and presenting MIS, Financial Statements such as P/L, B/S and CFS on monthly basis

- Ledger reconciliation, reconciliation of reports from different software, variance analysis

- Analysis of financial statements on basis of ratios

- Should have handled a team of atleast 4 people

- Working knowledge of taxes such as calculation, payment and return filing of Direct and Indirect Taxes such as TDS, Income Tax provisions and GST

- Book Closure and Finalization of Accounts

- Fixed Asset Accounting and Depreciation

- Working Capital Management and Analysis

Job Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- CA qualified 2+ years or CA (Inter) qualified 4+ years

- Industry experience between 3 to 5 years in core Finance Domain
