Position : Assistant Manager-Finance

Location : Mumbai [Western Suburb]

Job Summary :

- Incumbent has to assist in managing the financial audit, cash flow, direct and indirect taxes, compliances, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.

- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and issue audit reports to validate the accuracy of financial statements.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, helping organizations set financial goals and monitor their financial performance.

- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations to ensure clients or organizations remain compliant and minimize legal risks.

- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Optimize working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory.

- Monitor banking relationships, investment strategies, and risk management.

- Provide support in financial analysis, such as variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis, to help management make informed decisions.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA with 3-6 years of experience post qualification and into core Finance role, preferably within a manufacturing unit.

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards

- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
