Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

We are seeking a highly motivated CA to join our team as an AM- Finance. The successful candidate will have completed their articleship from a Top 20 CA firm and possess strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in the financial closing process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

- Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

- Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and quarterly balance sheets.

- Analyze financial statements and provide valuable insights to the management team for informed decision-making.

- Ensure timely completion of tax filings and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records, ensuring data integrity.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

- CA certification with at least 3 years of articleship experience from a Top 20 CA firm.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficient in Excel and other accounting software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
