Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts

Job Profile:

- Financial Reporting - including Financial Statements, MIS and other deliverables

- Audit closure - statutory, internal and tax

- Tax compliance and assessment for direct, indirect and TP

Duties & Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts:

- Overseeing and managing all aspects of financial reporting, viz: financial closure, preparation of financial statements, monthly and quarterly mis and all other similar periodic deliverables as may be required time to time.

- Overseeing and managing all aspects of all direct, indirect and transfer pricing tax compliance including tax assessments, filing of annual and periodic returns etc.

- Managing all auditors and ensuring timely completion of all audits (statutory, internal, tax).

- Identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions.

- Support in financial analysis, such as planning, spending, predicting, report generation, and other tasks, and provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost center findings.

- Oversee external partners for accounting matters and ensure bookkeeping is correct, including supervision of Internal Controls

- Act as custodianship for all accounting and compliance related information

- Ensure preparation of FAR, and maintenance of the same.

- Ensure Compliance with policies and procedures

Management Responsibilities:

- Oversee external accounting firm and ensure performance levels are maintained.

- Demonstrate leadership & responsiveness and creativity.

- Drive company culture among team.

- Understand services scope and in consultations with the Owners and management, develop programs to optimize cost & improve overall service delivery

- Accomplish Key Performance Indicators

- Only qualified CA required
