Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - ( R2R, P2P,O2C,General accounting,SAP)

Level: Assistant Manager

Job Description: Qualifications and Role:

- ICWA / ICWA Inter/ CA/ CA Inter

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare & Review account reconciliations, identify areas for improvement and implement the same in Finance Processes (AP / AR / GL / Tax / Payroll)

- Validate supporting documents for both cleared and open items

- Check on the accuracy of ageing of items, escalatables and dollar amount reported as per AFM guidelines

- Validate the template usage and item categorization as per Reconciliation tool requirements

- Check on QA criteria for every account reviewed and remediate issues identified

- Provide training and build processes to sustain the improved quality of reconciliation

- Drive clearance of open items & escalatables

- Identity compliance issues & drive for remediation

- Validate the accuracy of JV's posted including signage and accounts usage

- Authenticate the supporting documents attached

Additional Skillset:

- Working knowledge in SAP

- Good understanding of P2P / R2R / O2C processes

- Good understanding of India GAAP / US GAAP

- Good analytical skills

- Eye for detail

- Self-driven
