Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG

We are executive search firm based at Mumbai. Our clients are leading MNC in FMCG Industry .

Only of our prestigious client in FMCG is looking for Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts .

- CA/ICWA - first Attempted .

- MBA from Premium Institute .

- Non Premium: 6-8 Years of Experience .

The Asst Manager Finance can be located anywhere in Country for the following function:

- Category Finance (Foods, Home Care, Personal Care, Water)

- Supply Chain Finance (any Manufacturing Unit or in Central SCF)

- Accounting & Reporting (Corporate Accounts, Management Accounts)

- Procurement Finance (finance partner to Procurement Team)

- The candidate must have a high acumen for Accounting & Finance with practical experience in handling large Accounts in ERP scenario, having good analytical skill to read between the lines & must be business focused. 

- An Audit exposure will support understanding the business scenarios better. Prefer FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, Telecom.

- Candidate must also possess an excellent communication skill, clarity of thoughts, ability to think out of box having a winning mindset & passion for consumer with drive for personal development.

- The job calls for apart from handling own areas, business partnering with number of stakeholders - hence conceptual clarity & apathy to support people is required under different circumstances..

- Based on the areas of Posting, the candidate will be  required to handle Teams - hence having good Interpersonal skill is equally important.

We need people with great communication skills, a winning mindset, a passion for consumers and an appetite to drive personal performance.

- CA(1st attempt) / ICWA (1st attempt)/MBA Finance with 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Units, Corporate Accounts, Audits with exposure to practical accounting operation.
