Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA - Manufacturing

Our client is a manufacturer of repute from Hyderabad. They are a 50 years old manufacturing company with professional Management. The company is looking for a Asst manager Accounts and finance. A CA/ICWA with minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company. ( must)

General Characteristics

- Reporting to the CFO of the Company

- Direct reports: 2 / 3 executives,

- A leader who develops leaders

Main accountabilities

- He will supervise & control the company Accounts and Taxation.

- He will establish Systems, Controls and monitor the following activities:-

Accounts

- Sales Accounting

- Purchase Accounting

- General Ledger

- Tax accounts

Controlling

- Audit

- Reporting (, MIS) - weekly / monthly reporting both as per Indian GAAP and IFRS

- Planning (MRF, Budget, Performance Management, Margin Management, Deviations, etc.)

- Internal controls (sample checks, control checklists, action plans)

- Internal Audit (conducted by 3rd party)

Compliance

- Tax Filings/Statutory Filings

- Co-ordination of all statutory filings to issue Quarterly Compliance Certificate

- Co-ordination to ensure all mandatory training is done

Education & experience (ideally required)

CA/ICWA with minimum 3/ 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company

- Demonstrated excellence in budgeting, controlling costs and providing timely and useful reporting to the management team

- Be a credible manager with impeccable integrity and a desire to work in a collaborative environment

- Knowledge on ERP will be an added advantage.
