Assistant Manager - Facilities
One of the leading management consulting firm is hiring for their Mumbai location. Required work experience is 4 to 6 years. Here in, one have to manage the whole infrastructure, events, financial management, relationship management with vendors.
The detailed Job Description is as follows :
- Overall coordination for maintaining the office building under the guidance of a Senior Manager-Corporate Facilities.
- To provide relationship management support on behalf of the FM function to building occupiers.
- Ensure that high quality of FM services are carried out promptly i.e. Housekeeping and MEP, Transport, Cafeteria, Employee security and safety, office stationary, AMCs for key assets and equipment's etc.
- Evaluate third party services on regular basis and improve the quality of service and standards.
- Attend all meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
- Identify, capture employee's feedbacks/needs and expectations regularly, actively monitor and handle complaints, deal professionally with customer feedbacks and ensure timely and logical solution to their satisfaction.
- Minimum qualification is graduation from a decent Tier-1 or Tier-2 college.
- One should have previous relevant experience in BPO, KPO or financial service providers.
